As the competition to attract top talent increases, executives need to rely upon their leadership teams to identify ways to retain the talent they’ve already invested into heavily. This requires building a culture of learning, but that doesn’t require a steep training and development budget in order to be successful. In this session we will review the outline for defining your Ideal Candidate, the characteristics that are key, along with the outline of where you will go looking for these rockstars. Creating a process, and then executing on it, will help you improve you success measures in hiring, and allow you to always have a candidate at the ready when you do need to fill a role.
